The Espresso Martini Gelatin Shots or syringes are made with a delicious combination of our Vanilla Frosting Gelatin Shot Mix, 8 Teaspoons of Cafe Bustelo Instant Espresso, the liquor of your choice, Whipped Cream, and finally three espresso beans (two for anyone you don't like-it's an Italian thing).
What we did:
- Bring 2.5 cups of water to a boil.
- whisk in 8 level Teaspoons of Cafe Bustelo Instant Espresso
NOTE: 8 level teaspoons had great flavor. We're not even sure how this stuff is legal, be careful. - Add EZ-Vanilla Frosting Gelatin Shot Mix.
- Follow remaining package directions.
- Fill your EZ-Squeeze Shot Cups or EZ-Inject Syringes.
- Chill for a minimum of Six hours. Overnight is better.
- Decorate with whipped cream, use a wet butter knife to smooth the tops, and three plain or chocolate covered espresso beans.
THESE SHOTS ARE MADE TO PERSONAL TASTE. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO TRY THE GELATIN WHILE COOLED BUT STILL A LIQUID, AND ADJUST THE ESPRESSO TO YOUR DESIRED STRENGTH.

- Approx 40 shots if using the 1.5oz EZ-Inject™ Gelatin Shot Syringes MEDIUM
- Approx 35 shots if using the 2oz EZ-Squeeze™ Gelatin Shot Cups
- Approx 30 shots if using the 2.5oz EZ-Inject™ Gelatin Shot Syringes LARGE
